LOCATION

The Kennedy Creek Poll Dorset stud is located approximately eight kilometres from the Benalla Post Office. Benalla is just off the Hume Highway about a half hour drive south of Wangaratta. To get to the stud you need to leave Benalla on Kilfeera Road (not the Tatong/Samaria Road), which is the road that goes past the Benalla aerodrome (to get to this road from the main street in Benalla turn in a south direction at the roundabout with KFC on one of its corners). After the aerodrome you continue over the Hume Freeway overpass, past a road on your left (Hilbricks Road) and then take the next left hand turn into Kennedy Lane. The Kennedy Creek Poll Dorset stud is then 1.5 kilometres along this road on the right hand side. The property name “Wyambi” is painted in white on a small stone fence on the front of the house driveway. The entrance to the shearing shed and sheep yards is about 50 metres past the house entrance.
